Framing Text (Read Before the Tale)
The Fleet and the worlds they pass have everything anyone could possibly desire, along with complete freedom. But what happens when that isn't enough? Five disenfranchised youths visit a passing world reaching a Technological Singularity that will allow them to exist in an entirely different way. Each of them without hope, they turn to this opportunity as a possible escape.
Location of the Tale
Five Environmental Pods on the surface of Ephostea, in the Central Plaza of Ascension City.
