The second run of this game occurred
on Sunday, March 2nd, 2003, from midnight to some time after 2 AM, at
Intercon C.
We'd like to thank the following people for making the game a success: Susan Born, Jesse Cox, Matt Ender, Alex Haley, Greer Hauptmann, Doug Hoover, Jim MacDougal, Christina Moriarty, Meredith Peck, and Jen Raymond. We'd like to thank Philip Kelley and one other player who agreed to fill in for some no-shows. We'd really like to thank Duncan Picard, who stepped in at the very last minute to fill in a very important role. A few quotes from the game: "I've got a nuclear powered vibrator!" "Perhaps we are in the great Eternal Tooth, which would be a perfect white." "A toilet seat can make time reverse!" "There's no 'M' in the fourth column, or we could call Mommy." "Well, the toilet seat IS about the best place in the world to think!" "They're going to make the toilet seat talk to us?" "If we had a fireplace, it would be useful." |

Finally, we'd like to thank John Corrado Jr., who was the source of the primary mechanic in the game. Our mechanic was based on his clever ideas for I Was a Teenage Mutant From Outer Space. One of the joys of the Intercon LARP community is the amazing breadth of ideas that one can learn from, just by playing in all sorts of different and wonderful games. Thanks John! |
