From Route 3:
1. Take the RT-40 exit (number 33) towards GROTON/N. CHELMSFORD. Exit 33 is north of 495 on route 3. It is south of the New Hampshire border.
2. If you were headed north on Route 3, keep RIGHT at the fork in the ramp. If you were headed south on Route 3, then turn LEFT at the end of the ramp.
3. Merge onto MA-40/GROTON RD. You should be heading WEST. 2.71 miles
4. Turn RIGHT onto DUNSTABLE RD. (You should see a Getty gas station just beyond the interchange.) 1.10 miles
5. Turn RIGHT onto TENNEY RD. There is a whole row of mailboxes at the unmarked entrance to TENNEY RD., which will be on the right.
81 Tenney is near the top of the hill. It's a middle-entry colonial-style house with a two-car garage tacked onto the left side. It's painted beige with teal shutters.
Parking is:
  • 4 cars can fit in the driveway
  • 1-2 cars can park on the lawn to the left of the driveway
  • remaining cars can park along the private way, parking partway on the lawn. Please leave space so the neighbors can drive through.
